    Configuration

    Determine the IP Address of your phone
    Dial ****
    Wait for the "Sipura configuration menu..." message
    Dial 110# and note returned IP address
    Go to http://ipaddress/admin/advanced, 
    where ipaddress your IP address
    Select the Line 1 tab 
    

    General Settings

    User: your_sip_number
    Password: your_password
    Proxy: voip.brujula.net
    

    Confirm your Network Settings for Public IP

    Use Outbound Proxy No
    Outbound Proxy leave blank
    

    Confirm your Network Settings for NAT

    NAT Mapping Enable Yes
    NAT Keep Alive Enable Yes
    Use Outbound Proxy No
    Outbound Proxy leave blank
    Substitute VIA Addr Yes
    

    Confirm your Network Settings for Stun

    STUN Enable Yes
    STUN Server stun.fwdnet.net:3478
    

    Troubleshooting

    If the phone fails to login, or you have one-way audio please take the time to double check your configuration as above.
    If everything appears to be correct, the problem may be your firewall
  • If your router/firewall suports DMZ, put your hardware phone in the DMZ area
  • If you have an external firewall try opening SIP ports
    SIP signalling ports (UDP) = 5060 - 5061
    DNS port (UDP) = 53
    TFTP port (UDP) = 69
    RTP/RTCP ports (UDP) = 8000 - 8001
    RTP/RTCP ports (UDP) = 10000 - 30000
